How do I redeem my voucher?
Present your voucher code to a member of staff before ordering or when paying. The voucher will be validated and the value deducted from your bill.

How long is my voucher valid for?
Vouchers are valid for the period stated on the voucher from the date of purchase. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed.

Can I use my voucher more than once?
Vouchers are single-use only. If the full value is not redeemed in one transaction, any remaining balance may be forfeited unless otherwise stated.

Can vouchers be exchanged for cash or refunded?
No. Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
