1. Bring your voucher with you when visiting the pub:
• Digital vouchers can be shown on your phone.
• Physical vouchers should be presented to your server.
2. Inform a member of staff before ordering or at the point of payment that you will be using a gift voucher.
3. The voucher code will be validated and the voucher value deducted from your total bill.
4. If your bill exceeds the voucher value, simply pay the remaining balance.
5. If your bill is less than the voucher value, the remaining balance will stay active on your voucher until the original expiry date (12 months from purchase).
